Pick a level per client. Mix and match.

Every client gets the level of work you actually do for them. The bill is the sum, with one discount as the practice grows. Nothing to negotiate, and the whole thing fits on this page.

Clients you report to

Reporting

$49per client / month

Connect the books and one feed, conform the chart of accounts, and hand the client a live dashboard and a monthly pack. For the engagement where you are the finance function’s eyes rather than its hands.

50 Sherpa credits a month

Clients you advise

Advisory

$99per client / month

Everything in Reporting, plus the forward view: every feed, live bank balances, driver-based models, a rolling 13-week cash forecast, and Sherpa building the board deck.

Two other shapes.

For a finance team inside one company, and for practices past the point where a per-client bill is the right shape.

Inside

Before you start

The parts people ask about.

What counts as a client?

An active client with a connected ledger. Your own firm is free and never counts toward the bill or the discount.

Can I move a client between levels?

Yes, any time, from the client’s settings. Up takes effect immediately. Down takes effect at the next invoice. There is no proration either way: adding a client mid-cycle bills the full month at the next invoice, and removing one takes effect from the next invoice rather than refunding the current one.

What happens to features I was using when I move a client down?

Nothing is deleted. A forecast built on Advisory stays where it is when the client drops to Reporting; it stops refreshing until the client is moved back up.

How do Sherpa credits work?

Every client comes with a monthly allowance (50 on Reporting, 200 on Advisory, 500 on Full-stack), and allowances pool across your firm, so a quiet client covers a busy one. The levels also differ in what Sherpa is allowed to do: answer questions about the books, build forecasts and memos, or propose changes to the ledger for your approval. Routine automation, like variance tracking and classification suggestions, does not draw on credits.

How AI is wired in, and what it is not allowed to decide →

What happens when the credits run out?

Sherpa tells you before it happens. You can top up at $10 per 100 credits, move the client up a level, or wait for the month to roll over. Nothing is charged automatically.

I signed up before credits existed. Does this change my plan?

No. Accounts opened before October 19, 2026 keep the terms they signed up under, including Sherpa without a credit allowance. That commitment is written into the Terms of Service, not just this page.

Terms of Service, section 7 →

Do bank feeds cost extra?

No. Live bank feeds are included from Advisory up, for the accounts a client ordinarily runs. If a client has an unusual number of accounts we will talk to you before anything changes.

How does the volume discount work with mixed levels?

It counts clients, not dollars. 5 clients at any mix of levels earns 10% off the whole per-client bill; 10 earns 20%. The Practice add-on is not discounted, because it is free for the first month and included outright at 15.

How long is the trial, and do I need a card?

14 days from registration, and yes, a card is required to start. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends charges nothing at all. Every level is open during the trial so you can find the right one per client before billing starts. Billing begins automatically on day 15 unless you cancel.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly is month to month. Annual is billed yearly at 15% off, and switching between monthly and annual takes effect at the end of your current period.

What if I run more than 25 clients?

That is the Enterprise plan, priced for your practice rather than per client. Email sales@getalpyne.com.

Next step

Start a 14-day trial.

Every level is open during the trial. A card starts it, nothing is charged for 14 days, and cancelling before then charges nothing at all.
